We liaise with trade unions on the employer’s behalf in negotiations for recognition agreements, organisational rights and wages.

Department of Labour

We interact with the Department of Labour on behalf of employers and guide the employer through inspection and compliance visits in the workplace.

Strike Action

When your workforce engages in a work stoppage we will be on hand to assist with issuing ultimatums and negotiating with striking employees.
